First of all, you need to figure out exactly who is copying your content and to what extent.

Well firstly, if you want to find out where exactly your content has been used, just do this – take a couple of keywords from your articles and place them in the Google search bar encased in double quotes. You will immediately receive sources where the keywords belonging to your articles have been used. You can then visit sites that you think are illegitimate and do an in depth investigation.

  • Cease and Desist – If the mail is of no avail, send the culprit a Cease and Desist letter. This letter will be like an official order to stop all plagiarism activities. This ought to do the trick.
  • DMCA – You can send a DMCA letter to either your Web Hosting client or Google Adsense. Both of them are liable to take strinct action against those found guilty of plagiarism.
